PROJECT HEALTH CHECK
It is never too late!
During project execution, often the stakeholders are so involved in their day to day activities that they fail to see the true status of a project and consequently, problems can go undetected or get ignored. At times, project problems do get acknowledged early enough but they are either trivialized or assumed that it would fix itself as the project progress further, not realizing that the cost of fixing an issue is much higher than the cost of preventing it in the first place Often, instead of getting an objective view of the situation, some stakeholders start preparing their defences. The belief that everything will be ok if you just stick to the plan is a false one, and it shouldn’t be fostered.
The health check is a reflective learning exercise, a snapshot of the status of a project or programme in order to identify what is going well and what areas need improvement and must be conducted periodically during the project lifecycle.
We provide an objective evaluation of a project at a given point in time, recommend any remediation that may be required and follow-up on the recommendations.
